OVERVIEW
Knots About Pretzels is a first mover in its home country, and with its growing demand and diversification into the event space in mind, I set out to completely redesign and reimagine the customer experience from initial interest to receiving the product. To achieve this, I incorporated several major components which addressed the needs of our target audience.

My Mission
Who are my users?
My users include Food enthusiasts, Healthy eaters, Busy parents, The working class, and Event Planners. To conduct my research I Interviewed 4 people who formed my main User personas for about 20 minutes and later tested my prototype with a total of 15 people, which included them.
What was my challenge?
The current method of ordering and enquiring about events was very strenuous and lacked a lot of information which was necessary to make informed decisions

What information our users would like when making food decisions.

Changes I will Implement
Add an additional page linked from the combo & deals options, which displays the chosen option without going to checkout
Add a voucher page that displays only the vouchers and is linked to the voucher button at checkout
Add a card payment page for entering
consumers' card details.
Change the layout of the account page and add a heading on the page.

Key Takeaways and Goals
I designed a consumer-centric mobile app which is a one-stop shop for Knots About Pretzels, which addresses the needs of the consumers obtained during User Research. Additionally, I revised specific areas of my design to address issues that came up during the User testing.
What next?
